10 Symptoms of Modern
Cultic Activity
1. Total dependance and obedience to the leader/leaders of the group;
2. Blind obedience and unquestioned compliance to the beliefs and teachings of the leader/group;
3. Constant reinforcement of views/ideas as the only right way, with condemnation to those who do not comply blindly without question;
4. The belief that ONLY those who follow the groups way are good, and all others are evil, and rewards/praise for those following the group, and punishment for non-conformists;
5. Fear of displeasing/offending the group/leaders by not fully and unquestionably agreeing with/following the group beliefs;
6. Group members constantly watching/observing/reporting the actions of other members/people in an effort to look more dedicated/sanctimoneous towards the group/leaders than others, and seeking reward/praise for pointing out others defects in comparison to their own;
7. The lesser/unfortunate members/persons are constantly chastised and/or bribed with rewards for their actions towards a more conforming behavior in relation to the whole of the group (Do as we say and do, or you are not worthy of our praise/name/company/association; "How DARE you call yourself a xxxxxxxxx! You don't believe in/follow OUR way, and OUR WAY IS THE ONLY RIGHT WAY!");
8. Intolerance and impatience with anyone who believes differently than they and the group do, to the point of denial and retaliation/condemnation of those who believe differently;
9. Definite feelings of superiority over all other people in various faiths/beliefs/religions regardless of their sincerity/devotion/zeal, in spite of their OWN ignorance regarding other religions/faiths/beliefs;
10. Constant defining of others who believe differently as heretics/heathens/evil, and using scare tactics/condemnation to attempt to sway/change their thoughts/beliefs/feelings to a conformist view to the groups own standards and interpretations
(Believe and accept or forever be condemned to eternal damnation);

If this page offends you, then my goal is achieved.
The truth is, your opinion matters as much, and makes as much sense as repeatedly slamming my donk in a door, except the door slamming makes more sense and is much more pleasurable.
